This recipe will fool any Mexican into believing you spent all day in the kitchen. Shhhhhh this will be our little secret. What they don't know won't hurt their belly one bit. I did fail to mention during the video that during the 20 minute simmer you need to add a few whole cloves to the pot that you will remove with the cinnamon stick before you blend the sauce in the blender. Also don't forget a pinch of salt.

1 yellow onion
1 bell pepper

1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp chile powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 cinnamon stick
2 - 1oz cubes bittersweet chocolate
2 chipotle chilies
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 lime
Salt & pepper
Swish of oil (whatever you like)
16 chicken strips or 1lb chicken ( whichever cut you like)
