Hey there! This one has been a request for some time, sorry it has taken me so long to do these. Making tamales is not hard it is just a time commitment. There are short cuts I share in the video to cut some time out,but I still felt I should share the traditional way with you. Making tamales is a act of service and love for those that receive them. In fact I was thinking that some homemade tamales would make a great Valentines gift for the Mexican in your life. Take your time and get the whole family in the kitchen to help you. This is a great weekend project. This recipe will make 25-30 tamales if this is too many for your family to eat place the extras in a zip lock bag and they will keep for up to a month in the freezer.
Good Luck!
Tina
