Torta de Milanesa

I'm running out the door to basketball and I wanted to hurry and get this posted. My life pretty much revolves around my kids schedules. If it sounds like I'm complaining, I'm not. I love it and I wouldn't have it any other way. The only problem is that their schedules don't leave me a lot of free time to do things like this. I hope you love the recipe.
