Frijoles Rancheros

This is another one of those... "Don't tell the Mexican how you did it recipes." I'm a strong believer that if he or she loves it, who cares how long it took you to make it. Let them think you spent all day. It's our little secret. (Wink, Wink!) Everyone loves these beans, they are full of flavor. With summer just around the corner there are so many different dishes you can pair this with. Wait till you see what we are making tomorrow! Oh baby! I already have the video ready to post and I know everyone is going to love it.

1/3 white onion
1 Serrano Chile
2 Roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Mexican oregano
2 15.5oz cans Pinto beans
Handful of cilantro
