6 cups of Roma tomatoes
4 cloves garlic (if pieces are big use less)
½ small yellow onion
½ cup water
11/2 tsp salt
Swish of oil
1lb spaghetti noodles
10 oz Oaxaca cheese cubed
12 oz cooked deli ham cubed
