CHILAQUILES DE SALSA ROJA

This is a popular dish for breakfast in Mexico. I have several different ways I prepare this. Here is one of them. This is the most basic recipe. If you want to add more flavor to this you can add a clove of garlic and a few rings of onion to the blender.

Chilaquiles

20 corn tortillas
10-12 Roma tomatoes
2 serrano chilies
Swish of oil
Salt to taste
2 cups white melting cheese ( I like Oaxaca)
