Enchiladas Verdes
1 rotisserie chicken
5 tomatillos (If small use more)
1 Serrano Chile pepper (like it hot use more)
1 jalapeno chile pepper
1/2 cup of cilantro leaves
1/2 of onion
3 cloves of garlic
corn tortillas (# depends how full you make them)
1 cup of canola or olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 pound of Ranchero cheese or mozzarella
1/2 head of lettuce
1/2 cup of sour cream (crema preffered)
1 avocado
